We would rather publish nothing than publish filler. The first pieces are being written around the questions that actually come up in development conversations — why the same zinc oxide gives two formulators completely different results, what nano labelling obligations actually require in the EU, and what breaks a mineral sunscreen between the sample stage and month twelve.
