ZINWISE holds the exclusive sales rights for Lanshi Zhongke nano zinc oxide in sunscreen skincare — material built by a joint venture of Lanzhou LS Group and the CAS Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics, and manufactured by Zhongshan Kailei under the same ownership since 2007. We supply the dispersion, or manufacture the finished product. Samples of both are available.

The hardest part of mineral sunscreen is getting the zinc oxide dispersed. We solve that upstream of your process — either as a material you add, or as a product we make for you.

The material, and why it matters
Dispersion decides everything. The particle decides the dispersion.
Zinc oxide at the particle size that makes it transparent is also the size at which it agglomerates. Agglomerated particles scatter visible light — that white cast — and reduce the UV absorption the formula was designed around. No amount of mixing rescues material that arrives already clumped.
Our upstream technology partner Lanshi Zhongke builds the particle through a patented continuous process rather than grinding larger material down. Their first-phase 5,000-tonne line came online in August 2025. The exclusive licence to apply this material in sunscreen skincare is held by Zhongshan Kailei, our manufacturing company; ZINWISE is the sole sales channel for that product line.

Manufacturing
A certified facility, not a trading desk.
Production runs at Zhongshan Kailei — the manufacturing company under the same owner as ZINWISE — in a GMPC-certified cleanroom in Guangdong with eight production lines and a formulation team of twelve, manufacturing cosmetics for export since 2007. The certifications below are held under SGS-issued certificates and can be verified with the issuing body.
Certificate copies are provided during commercial discussion. We publish the numbers so they can be checked independently rather than taken on trust.
Finished formats
Four delivery systems, each with its own physics.
A cream and a spray are not the same formulation in different containers. Viscosity, nozzle shear, wax matrix and water activity each constrain the filter system differently. All four are available for sampling now.

What we cannot give you yet is a measured SPF figure — that is established on the developed formula through third-party testing, which is part of what a development project produces.
